Praise God, the opening ceremony was under the authority of a Deputy of the Minister of Interior because the Prime Minister was very busy.
My first presentation on governing as Statemen were greatly appreciated by the politicians who recognize their failure in the leadership of the CAR for 55 years now.
The participants made tworecommendation today:
1- to have CIDEL present the same topic tothe candidates for presidential when their names will be known
2- that the Ministry of Interiorwork together with CIDEL to offer trainings to the politicians.
Tomorrow we present the Power of Character for Ethical leadership.
We appreciate your prayers that produce great effect today!

Greetings to all,
I praise God for the answer we got today from the former vice-president of the Democratic Republic of Congo who will join us on Monday August 24, 2015 as the key speaker of the seminars.
We advanced the dates of the seminars from Monday August 24th to THursday August 27, 2015 because the VP has to leave on Wednesday.
Today we met with the Deputies of the Minister of Interior about the seminars and rejoice for God's answer to our prayers.
We ask you to prayerfully consider CIDEL in these two weeks of a very important encounter that will have an impact on the political orientation of the CAR.
The Executive Director of CIDEL in Cameroon will also join us to conduct the two modules of Pointman Leadership Institute on "The Power of Character" and the "Prevention of Corruption."

Dear prayer supporters,
I am busy preparing for the leadership seminar with Politicians who are running for the élections in CAR. Please pray that God will provide for the remaining funds to organize the four days seminar. Life in CAR is very expensive and it is difficult to afford goods in the store due to the conséquences of the war and the presence of the UN troops.
We appreciate your prayer for the success of the seminars that will take place in August 25-28, 2015. We are expecting instructors from UK, DRC, Switzerland.

Dear Supporters
My family is fine as well as our ministry.
Last week we welcome a team of six people from Aiken, SC and Winona Lake, IN who stayed at the Encompass Guest House. Mike Taylor worked at a medical clinic to help sick people. Pastor Steve Taylor did two seminars on teamwork with the pastors of our two districts in Bangui and also with the workers of Encompass World Partners. The seminars were organized by CIDEL. Two pastors who did not relate well came to ask for forgiveness and are engaged in a good team spirit after the seminar. Praise God for the word of God that has the power to change the lives of people. The team left back home yesterday and we are please to receive Mike's email of his safe arrival home.
CIDEL is preparing a week of peace at a village 120 km from Bangui where ethnic groups are in conflict and many so called Christians don't know how to deal with such conflict. We want to help Pastor Abakar who is pastoring in that village. Our desire is to have that event happen in July 30 to August 2, 2015. Pray that we can make it.
Another program we are working on is a seminar with Leaders of the Political Parties who are running for the elections in October 2015. We have 2/3rd of the budget and the willingness of a brother in Christ from Democratic Republic of Congo who was the former vice president of the country. This fellow will come to present a one day seminar on the subject on "Governing a nation in a post conflict era" The rest of the three days will be runned by Pointman Leadership Institute an international team of instructors including myself. Your prayers are needed to make this event happen and has an impact of the politicians.
My two daughters who are studying in Cameroon will come to visit us and do their internship here in Bangui next Tuesday. Pray for their safe trip.

I praise God for the opportunity I have to visit the Minister of a Higher Education today in his cabinet with my wife. We taught about how CIDEL will help the university now that we will have our office there. He was pleased to learn about the vision I have to contribute to the promotion of a new generation of godly leaders for the CAR.

Dear friends,
My visits in Germany have been very encouraging. Humedica has agreed to support our project of evangelistic ministry at the village of Boyali 120 km from Bangui and near Boali. Boyali is where Pastor Abakar is ministering and where the combatants of Anti Balaka are terrorising the population. CIDEL is going to organize a couple days of ministry in that village to bring social cohesion among the ethnic groups there. Our goal is to bring reconciliation among the people in the village, the Anti Balaka and the Fulani people who are hiding themselves in the bush. Pastor Abakar is doing great ministry there and needs our support.
I am leaving Stuttgart this morning to attend Macon in France. Pastor Rainer from the Stuttgart Grace Brethren Church has been a friend to me since 1992. He is driving me to meet the brothers and sisters in Macon where I will present the report of my ministry tonight.
I will then continue to Paris on Friday and will preach at Dijon church on Sunday. Thanks for your prayer support until I made home next Tuesday.

Greetings to all,
During the Prayer Breakfast that happened this morning, we were blessed by the messages of peace with God and between humanity through Jesus Christ given by different speakers. We are 400 participants from 65 countries gathered in the name of Jesus if Nazareth.
I had the opportunity to be introduced this afternoon by Wolfgang Gross, CEO of Humedica Internationale to the Head Political Staff at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development for CIDEL humanitarian project with Humedica. We are seeking some financial aids to help the needed people of the CAR. The report of our meeting will be given to the Minister. Please pray that the humanitarian need in CAR will reach the attention and compassion of the financial institutions. CIDEL has already worked with Humedica to provide a relief response to 500 families in Bangui.
I will depart for Kaufbueren tomorrow. I appreciate your prayer during my visit in Europe.

Dear friends,
Praise God, CIDEL has trained 135 students on the book of Dr Tim Elmore, President of Growing Leaders, called Habitudes: images taht form leadership habits and attitudes. After 13 weeks of study of the volume 1 of the book, a ceremony of graduation was done yesterday at the University of Bangui where the students received their Certificate of Completion from the Vice-rector of the University (see picture attached).
Together with the building of the chapel at the university campus, CIDEL is having more and more opportunity to impact the lives of the university community with the Gospel of salvation through Jesus.
Please pray that we can raise $ 16940.00 US to buy furniture and equipment for the new chapel.
More later.
