Greetings,
My family is doing fine after the departure of the mission's staff
yesterday. The night watchmen are still on duty since last Thursday
december 5. They will be going home to see their families when the
situation will calm down and other workers will come back to work.
Pray for Raphael and Marie Noel who don't see their family for a week
now.
The situation in Bangui is generally calm but there are some unrest in
certain neighborhoods. This morning around 9 AM a French military
troop was on the streets near by the mission property seeking some ex
Selekas. They have guns and were in the positions of shooting. They
parked their tanks on the crossroads. But nothing happen and they
departed after half hour. The French are more active in the city.
There are still rumors of the milicia coming again. That makes people
in the neighborhoods fearful and many are still in the church building
mostly at the catholic centers.
We appreciate your prayers, emails and even some phone calls.

Greetings prayer supporters
Pray that God will bring the unit of MISCA which missed our home yesterday so that they can come soon to take my family to the mission's property downtown. It's was planned before for my family to relocate there while the staff of the mission now in the city of Bangui will be evacuated.
Yesterday I had a phone call with the Ambassador of Cameroon to help the missionaries get their visas to go to Yaounde in Cameroon. He is so kind and said that on Monday he can help if he could be in his office. Pray for God's provision for my family evacuation from the hot area downtown and for the provision of visas and travel documents for the mission staff here.
Waiting on God's grace and miracle in our life and country.

Greetings from CAR,
Last Sunday in our local church of Galabadja III was a great service.
We welcomed a big choir of about 90 people from a baptist church
during our French service. I had the opportunity to deliever a bible
message in the book of Philemon with the subject of the reintegration
of Onesimus. Our new church building was dedicated in September 29 and
we are still welcoming new members.
My wife Marie Helene and I are invited to teach block courses at the
International Seminary of Baptist Theology that was opened two years
ago. She will teach the women on the book of Colossians and I will
teach the men on the organization and administration of the church.
Please pray that everything will go well during that week. Marie
Helene is taking care of the accounting of the Encompass World
Partners since Miss Janet went to the USA last week.
You may heard the new resolution of the United Nations Counsel of
Security about the deployment of military logistic and troops to
secure my country. We don't know exactly how things will happen and
are concerned about our security. Please pray as you think about the
Central African Republic and many families.

We praise God for the official recognition of CIDEL by the government of Cameroon.
Pastor Richard Houmegni is the Executive Director of CIDEL in
Cameroon. He came from Yaounde the capital city of Cameroon to spend a
day with me praying and discussing about the ministry of CIDEL in
Cameroon. He went back to Yaounde this afternoon.
Your prayer support for the ministry of CIDEL in the continent of
Africa is greatly appreciated. It is encouraging to see how a vision
GOd has given us is impacting many lives.
I will be going home tomorrow from Douala where I am waiting my next
flight now. Pray for safe trip tomorrow PM.

Greetings from Bangui,
Praise God I am recovering from malaria. Last week on Thursday after coming home from my work, I felt weak and discovered that I had malaria. Immediately I started with some medication. I lay down on my bed until Sunday afternoon. Now I am doing well. Thanks for your prayers.
I met with the former Ambassador of CAR in Germany last Sunday afternoon. It's was our first time to know each other. We were introduced to each other by Honorable Rudolf Decker former member of the Butenstag Parliament in Berlin. I met Rudolf in 2011 when I was in Kinshasa for a leadership ministry. It's was good to share ideas about our country and pray for its future with the former Ambassador.
I had the opportunity to finish my leadership class with the students at the Bible Institute of Campus for Christ last week. Yesterday I met with the Director of the cabinet of the Minister of Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration who asked me to consider giving some training on DDR I learnt in Spain some months ago to the staff of their Department. I will meet with the Minister on Friday to discuss about how that could take place. Please pray that God will lead me in what can help with the situation my country is going through.
My family is doing fine only my wife who has some pain with her teeth and stomac. She went to a dentist today and has to wear the gutter for some period of time again. Pray that she will recover very soon. Pray also for our children here in Bangui who can not start school. Schools are on the process of opening and need more security for the students and teachers. Pray also for the other children who are studying in foreign countries (Cameroon and Burkina Faso).
I will have the first encounter with my students of leadership at the Departement of Economics at the University of Bangui on Thursday to introduce my course. I will also teach in some schools of Theology in town this school year.
I have an engagement of a mission's training in Bujumbura (Burundi) in October 26 tillNovember 4th, 2013. I am going to facilitate a course on teaching and learning for impact on behalf of Development Associates International based in Colorado Springs, CO (USA). It's will be a long way from Bangui to Douala (Cameroon) and Nairobi (Kenya), Kigali (Rwanda) finally to Bujumbura (Burundi). There is no direct flight so I will spend one day in Douala on my way to Burundi and two days on my way home. Please pray for a successful ministry in Burundi.
Yesterday I had the priviledge to visit the Rector of the University of Bangui and pray with him. He asked me when CIDEL is going to build the chapel/center of Ethics at the university campus. I said to him that as soon as the insecurity issue will be controlled, we will begin the construction building. He encouraged me to begin it now because the France Embassy is building a center for Human Rights at the university campus at the moment so we will not have a problem to begin our building construction. Pray for wisdom in starting that project that was initially planned to be finished last year 2012.
I have a desire to meet with the Prime Minister with a request about the organization of a series of leadership seminars and anti corruptions seminars to Political Leaders, Government members and Parliament of transition to help prepare those who will be the candidates for the elections at the end of the Political period of transition. We will invite Pointman Leadership Institute to send us instructors to help us in this very important period of the history of my country. Such seminars will request financial support to meet the need of a country devastated.
Your prayer and always an encouragement for my family and my ministry.
Together we can do more,

Greetings from Bangui,
In the midst of hard time we are facing in the Central African Republic, God gives us opportunity to minister to many people. Last week Pointmen Team Director Augustin Hibaile and instructor Gaston Gaspard Mamang conducted 4 days basic seminars to 80 church leaders. Those leaders came from various denominations in the city of Bangui. There were eager to learn the principles of leadership and to discover that Ethics is important in leadership.
The seminar went very well and where closed on Sunday with a graduation ceremony. All the participants have requested that the same seminar be conducted on behalf of the political leaders during this period of political transition the CAR is going through. Yes, it our intention to plan a serie of PLI seminars for the leaders of the CAR in order to better prepare the transition period that will last 18 months. Elections of the President of the State, the parliament members and many other institutions leaders will take place during that transition period. So the PLI seminar will greatly help the CAR to recover from the leadership crisis we are facing for decades.
Pray that Augustin will present the need of such seminar to the authorities of the transition and get their approval for the organization of the seminars. We pray that PLI instructors will be available to help in the recovery of this country.
Together we can do more!

Dear prayer warriors,
Since the accident of my vehicle in sept 2012 I am using my wife mopet as a means of transportation for my ministry. The mopet broke down very often. Yesterday I found that the mopet is not running well so I decided to not use it and asked a mechanic to look on the mopet, He discovered that there was a serious damage on the mopet that could create an accident while running it. Praise God I did not use it today.
I can get my vehicle run again only when we have security in the country. For the moment I can't use the mopet to go to work. Pray that God will provide a mean of transportation to my wife.
Thanks for your prayer.
