Greetings to all,
I praise God for the many opportunities he is giving us in CIDEL to minister to those in positions of authority.
We are encouraged by some examples of the impact of those ministries that we want to share with you.
1- After training a group of national Lieutenants by the invitation of the European UN military last month, one of them came to me with a spiritual and family problem. I helped him with the Bible counseling and pray with him. Yesterday, he came to me with his travel papers requesting my prayer on him before his departure to France for a military aviation training. We spent time on the example of Daniel's life when he was under the kingdom of Babylon. That lieutenant left the country today for a month in France. Please pray for Yannick as he is seeking my spiritual support.
2- the architect who built the chapel at the university has been influenced by the contact we have with him. At the end of the construction, he became a member of CIDEL, paid his membership and said that he has learnt a lot on doing things ethically. A month ago he has a contract to build school building in 6 districts. He requested my prayer before he went to begin his contract. Pray that he will succeed with all the building construction.
3- Paulin an Engineer in zoo technic who was trained in missiology in Ivory Cost has accomplished his three months of internship with CIDEL today. Pray that CIDEL can be able to hire him to be the chaplain at the new chapel at the university.
Our Parliament has a new President today. His name is Abdul Karim Meckassoua. We appreciate your prayer for the new government and Parliament of CAR.

Greetings
Last week was busy with sorrow!
Although we lose a relative of mine and a member of CIDEL's family
(CIDEL's tresorer's wife Lyda went to be with the Lord last Wednesday.
Her funeral will take place tomorrow. My wife is deeply affected by
the death of Lyda because she has been involved in her marriage with
Freddy Awara since their engagement), the week went well.
I had the opportunity to meet the US Ambassador to the CAR in his
cabinet. Our guests at the Mission Guest House (two Lutheran from the
USA) requested a drive to meet with the Ambassador. On our way they
asked me to join them and I did. The opportunity was given to me to
present my ministry with CIDEL. I hope this will bring other
opportunities.
CIDEL has made an agreement with the UN section of Community Violence
Reduction to organize a project in that will be implemented in the
area of Paoua (Nordt-West of CAR) from May 1 to June 30th, 2016. We
will train the leaders of the local committee of 10 villages on the
reduction of community violence during their official presentation to
the authorities and the population of their villages. Please pray that
CIDEL's presence will impact those armed groups in the area. According
the the UN partners, the project in Paoua is a pilote oroject that
will be implemented in the rest of the country when succeeded.
Please pray that I could take a rest in the coming month and be able
to visit my son in Burkina Faso.

Praise God for the accomplishment of a busy but blessing week of ministry.
I finished with the students of the Baptist Theological Seminary who have their defense today.
My first experience in teaching Burn out syndrome class at the Ministry of Labor ended today with a great satisfaction of the participants from public and private enterprises. See attached pictures 2-5 with graduation ceremony this afternoon.Attached is a picture I took today with the students I was involved in their training and the defense of the men that ended today. They will graduate in July this year.
Thanks for all your support in my ongoing ministry.

Attached are two pictures of the elected president who just made a vow for his leadership (the second photo shows him wearing his symbol of authority). The CAR has a new president after three years of unrest and war.

Greetings,
Greetings from the Mission station!
Dear prayer supporters
I am very happy to share the impression of Professor Gustave Bobossi, former Rector of the University of Bangui today during the prayer time CIDEL has organized to thank God and praise him:
"This building is God's work that is realized for the good of humankind. A man is valuable for the society if he is spiritually equipped. I understand that to be a Rector of a university he has to go through all the steps, but without the spiritual I can not pass a value to the next generation. I was surprised when I was appointed Rector. The first difficulty I faced in the university world was the lack of spirituality among the university leaders. I decided to lay my mandate under the power of God that's why I asked Hibaile and two other Pastors representing the Grace Brethren Churches to support me until the end of my mandate. Having a chapel within the university is to allow God to come among us to bring the solution to the pain in the country. My prayer is that CIDEL will have more courage to motivate the students. The chapel is a tool to prepare young leaders for the best of the nation. May God keep CIDEL in its vision for the best of the CAR."
Noticed that Pr. Bobossi is in a catholic faith, but trust the evangelical leaders till today.
We were encouraged by many testimonies of the members of CIDEL who have recognized the impact of CIDEL in their lives and at their workplace.
Praise God.

Greetings to all,
Greetings to all,
Seizing opportunities that lies before us, gives occasions to share the love of Christ to many. I was invited last Tuesday to train some Lieutenants from the army on military ethics. The session went very good. The training was organized by the European military mission to CAR and the military academy. Today the trainees received their Certificates and I was honored to take part of the event at the military camp.
I continue to appreciate your prayer support and I praise God who give me the courage to represent him anywhere he sends me.
See attached pictures of the ceremony.
