Greetings to all,
Thank you for prayer support during my european ministry visit. When I
arrived in Stuttgart last friday, I met three girls in Rainers's home.
Two of them are from Rainer's church and one from the USA. It's was
planned by Suzanne Rainer that I could share stories about the
education of girls and their situation in the Central African
Republic. It's was a nice evening and good presentation with pictures.
On Saturday, I was brought by the Rainers to the handicaps's festival.
Hundreds of people were at the event that was coloured by music of
different orchestra including African's music and instruments. It's
was a blessing to see the Stuttgart Grace Brethren Church fully
participated to that event by providing drinks to all the participants
from the morning to the evening. I was impressed by the joy of the
handicap who expressed themselve, jumping and dancing to show that
they also are happy because some people care for them. The Rainers are
doing great things presenting the love of Christ in their culture. The
soil here is not fertile in sowing the seed for eternal life, but God
is able to use such contact to bring many to His kingdom. Please pray
for the Rainers. They are good hosts for me and for Chelsea who came
from the USA and is staying with them for couple months.
On Sunday, I presented a PowerPoint of the ministry of CIDEL in Africa
during the church service. Later we had a communion at the church. It
is my fourth time to be in Germany and in that church. Many people are
acquainted with me and love to hear the story of what God is doing
through CIDEL and my family in CAR and Africa. The evening was very
relaxing with Rainer's family around a table full of food and cheese.
My wife and I love cheese very much. I missed her during this time.
Yesterday I had the priviledge to meet with a Christian organisation
called Hilfe fur bruder to present the ministry of CIDEL and the
project of the construction of a chapel at the University of Bangui as
part of CIDEL's ministry among students. It's was a good meeting.
Please pray for the feedback of the board of that organisation.
Today I will meet with Sebastian one of the organizers of the Berlin's
gathering for Prayer Breakfast. I want to learn from him how they
organize the prayer breakfast.
Tomorrow I am leaving Germany to be with my oldest son in Paris before
my departure home on July 11.
Thanks for your prayers.

Here are a few photos from Dr. Hibaile's current trip to Europe. The first three are from his conference in Berlin. Row two includes two of his modes of transportation (got to love that car!). The middle picture is Augustin enjoying lunch with the President of the Christian Police Association of Switzerland in a Pizza restaurant near Zurich.
Greetings to all,
Today, I visited new friends in Geneva and Lausanne. The first visit
was with the former DIrector of Geneva Bible Institute whom I
invited to CAR for a training on the "Strategic Alliance for the
Leadership Training (SALT) on behalf of the pedagogues of the
university of Bangui. Mike Evans welcomed me very well and is praying
for open door to visit CAR in 2013. Please pray that God will bless
that project.
The second visit was with M. Marc Hosberger, one of the editor of the
book "Plaire au Seigneur" written to help Christians read the whole
Bible each year. CIDEL is distributing those books since 2007 and has
good feedback to share with the authors and editors in order to
encourage them in providing those books for Africa. At home we heard
that some prisoners got a copy of that book and copied it for
themselves. So, we did organized a visit to the prison with the
Director of Bible Society of CAR on June 10th before my departure to
Europe on the 14th.
I have one more day in Switzerland before I go back to Germany for
other ministries in churches, schools and interview on TV stations.
Thanks for your prayers.

Greatings from Zurich,
Yesterday I had a nice time with a group of people at Maçon in France
to present CIDEL's ministry. Pastor Gérard hosted Rainer and me in his
home.
We had a long trip to an area close to Zurich yesterday. Today I am
staying at my guest's home to rest. There will be some contacts with
different people during my time in Switzerland until Saturday June 23.
Thanks for your prayers.

Greetings Ministry supporters,
The month of May 2012 ended very well. God has given us lot of
opportunities to minister to people and to grow ourselves in knowledge
and passion for the ministry.
I want to begin by praising God for the process of healing my wife's
ear (hurting since 4 years). She is feeling better. Continue to
intercede for her total healing. Our children are growing in their
relationship with God, with people and also in school. Pray for our
oldest son who is studying in Paris (France). He is 29 years old and
is dreaming about marriage now and need good advice to make good
choice.
Our ministry of CIDEL in May was focused on Churches. Augustin has
preached in four different churches last month. The leadership
seminars CIDEL organized on behalf of 120 church leaders was a
blessing for many. The Pastor of the church asked for forgiveness for
his leadership that was not according to God's principle. He said that
no one from his church approached him on his bad way of leading the
church. Finally he encouraged the members to act freely with the gifts
God has given to them. He said "I want to see changes occur in this
church, change that will glory the name of Jesus." It's was a great
time to listen to the excuse of the Pastor. Tomorrow CIDEL is going to
give the Certificate of completion of the seminar to the participants
during their church service. It's will be a great event that will
honor God.
During the ministerium of the district I am part of, I taught the
Pastors on the "Government conception of the Church Fathers and its
implication on the African churches" (A summary of Kenneth Alexo, Jr.
"Toward on Ecclesial Theory of Politics: An interpretation of the
Political Theology of the Greek Church Fathers". The Pastors were
instructed on how to see the Politics and what to do to help them. My
experience in mentoring the Prime Minister of the CAR on biblical
principles of leadership reveals the importance of such ministry
beside those in position of authority. My trip to Berlin in June 14 -
July 11, 2012 will help me gain more knowledge on how to organize and
develop Prayer Breakfast among the government, parliament and other
leaders in my country. I appreciate your prayer for the visa. I have
an appointment with the French Embassy on June 7th.
Yesterday, June 1 I taught Pastors and ministers of the Alliance of
Evangelical Churches of CAR on Pastoral Ethics. They were challenged
to consider their behaviour, attitude, character as those who MUST
represent positively Christ and get many people to follow them.
Unfortunately many of them don't show good example. I praise God for
the boldness He gave me to address those servants of the Lord.
Thanks to all of your who have often pray for our ministry and family.
Together we can bring transformation in the lives of many in the
world.
In His wonderful Name - JESUS.

Greetings,
The General Consulate of France set an appointment for my visa request
late in June 7, 2012. I will get a "note verbale" from the German
consulate before I go to the France consulate. Continue to pray that
the visa will be granted to me.
Mike Evans from the Geneva Bible Institute is willing to spend the
morning of June 21 till mid afternoon with me in Geneva. My schedule
for visit in Germany and Switzerland is being planned by Rainer, Gert
and Daniel.
I am thankful to those friends who are working so hard to get me with
them. I don't have an exact number of the members of the CAR
Parliament who are willing to attend the Berlin conference.
Yes, Marie Helene ear pain is a great burden to me. Continue to pray
for a especial favor from God on her behalf. Our children are doing
fine.
CIDEL is planning a seminar with lay leaders from one of the Grace
Brethren churches here in town on Principles based leadership and the
importance of Ethics from May 21-25, 2012. About 40 leaders will
attend the training. My assistant Gaspard and Cendri our General
Secretary who were trained on the train the trainers courses in South
Africa will conduct the seminar with me. We appreciate your prayer for
the impact of the training on the participants.
On Saturday May 19, Marie Helene and I are going to the OTN ladies'
camp at PATA 60 km from Bangui. Marie Helene will teach on True Love
Stays and I will teach on child raising. Pray for the trip and impact
of the training.
Please pray for the vice-rector of the university who show up for Christ at
the end of the student leadership conference last March. We are
seeking other opportunity for more seminars with the local government
leaders in other districts.
Thanks for your prayer support and the encouragement you are in my life.

Greetings,
I have recovered from my illness. Now I can swallow and am back to work.
I will give sermons in two marriages this month: the 19th and 26th of
May in two different churches. In June 9th, Marie Helene and I will
again be a maiden of honor and a best man. We are ministering to the
couple now to train them on the art of marriage.
Our children are doing fine. Jessie has finished her training in
International commerce and is looking for a job. It is not easy to
find a job here. Pray for her. Netopha our second daughter is working
on the report of her internship in tourism. She will present it in the
coming month to earn her degree. Sulamite our third daughter missed
her test at the university and is very discouraged. She want to apply
for a private university to study telecommunication. A private school
here require some tuition. We appreciate your prayer for Sulamite. Jay
our second son has one year more to get his bachelor degree but want
to test it this year. Andrea, Melchi and Jeff are doing well in school
and church.
Marie Helene's ear is a real burden for us. For 4 years now she is
suffering of her left ear. The pain affect her head and she has
headache every time. We are looking for some way to bring her to
Yaounde in Cameroon for a cerebral test with a scanner. Please pray
for God's provision to meet that need.
We are waiting the arrival of the leadership books printed in Egypt to
begin the small students' groups who will be trained on leadership. We
are still seeking sponsors to help students who can not afford the
books and their registration fees to begin the journey that will bring
transformation in their lives and in the nation.
I will apply for a Schengen visa (European) tomorrow at the German
Consulate than at the French Embassy for my trip to Berlin in June
14-July 11, 2012. I have some members of the Parliament who are
interested to attend that gathering of the German Parliament. The
theme of the Prayer-Breakfast that will follow the conference is very
interested. Please pray that I will be granted a visa as soon as
possible.
Thanks for your prayer and support.
