Greetings from Africa,
Things are busy with us here. Although I am theoretically in vacation,
I have to proof a French translation of the book of Dr Tim Elmore on
Habitudes - images that form habits and attitudes to be used during
and after the student leadership conference CIDEL and Every Nation is
organization at the University of Bangui. My co-worker Gaspard has
read part of the translation and I have to read the other part.
I have to go back to my office to get electricity for the work. It's
doesn't help me staying in Bangui during my vacation. I was asked by
the General Director of Ecobank to attend a meeting of some investors
to present the ministry of CIDEL on Friday. If everything are set well
I will respond to the invitation. CIDEL has postponed the seminars
planned for today to Friday on behalf of the local government leaders,
due to the lack of finance to meet the need of the seminars. We may
offer the seminars next week.
I am having a very blessed time praying and meditating the word of God
with the Prime Minister. Last Monday we reflect on Romans 12:1-2
specifically on the battle in human mind and the necessity to renew
our mind through the work of the Holy Spirit.
I will take some days in march to fill the days of my vacation because
of some works done now. Please pray for me and my family, especially
my wife Marie Helene who is suffering of her ear. We trust God to heal
her according to his will.
Praying for all of you.

Dear prayer supporters,
Hope you are doing well from your side. Please continue to pray for my
wife's ear that is still hurting for four years now. She doesn't find
the real cause of her pain for good treatment. She has great headaches
most her time. Our children are doing fine.
Our ministries are going well. My wife still continue to train young
people on True love waits and adults on True love stays. She is very
busy at work. At CIDEL we have many activities planned this year. We
will have a leadership seminar with local leaders of the government in
four locations starting this month until May. I met with the General
Director of Ecobank to inform his about the vision of CIDEL so he
invited me to speak to a group of enterpreneurs tomorrow.
CIDEL has a student leadership conference planned for March 30-31,
2012 with speakers from South Africa, Nigeria, USA and CAR. The Prime
Minister also will communicate to the students on leadership for
building a nation. I will be one of the national speakers to speak
about servant leadership. Please intercede for us as we face some
difficulty to prepare that event. During that conference, we will
launch a leadership course on Habitudes image tht form behaviour and
attitudes of leaders a set of books written by Tim Elmore among the
students of the University of Banguui.
Continue to pray for the projet of the construction of a Center of
Ethics with a chapel inside for CIDEL's ministry at the university of
Bangui. We still need more financial support to realize the projet.
Thanks for your continuous support of our ministry.
God bless each of you.

Greetings from Bangui, CAR
The year 2012 began well for me and the ministry of CIDEL. Last
Wednesday my Ethical leadership course at the new Baptist Seminary
ended well. Praise God for the opportunity to challenge the students
on the transformation of their mind, behaviour and character that
shows Christlikeness. On Saturday the new seminary was presented to
the government members represented by the Prime Minister. My wife and
I were invited to the opening ceremony of that theological seminary.
Yesterday I preached in our local church on Romans 12:1-2 with more
emphasis on the words 'to not be conformed' and 'be transformed'.
Today I was one of the speakers at the first leadership conference week
held by an International Ministry of Faith and Development. I was
asked to speak on Christian Ethics and servant leader.
Last Friday I met with the Governor of the State of Ombella Mpoko to
set dates for seminars with local leaders of six cities on Ethics,
Leadership and good governance based on biblical principles. Please
pray with us for the impact of the series of seminars between February
to May 2012. Here are the dates you can pray for:
- February 13-15, 2012 seminars in Bimbo with local government leaders
from Bimbo and Begoua
- March 15-17, 2012 seminars in Boali with local leaders from Boali
and Bossembele
- April 12-14, 2012 seminars in Yaloke with local leaders from Yaloke
- May 10-12, 2012 seminars in Damara with local leaders from Damara.
Pray that God will provide sufficent financial support for the
expenses related to those important training sessions for local
government leaders. We are anticipating to do more seminars throughout
the country when God provides.
My coworker Gaspard will travel to Douala on Wednesday so I will delay
my vacation time until he comes back to work in our office.
Thanks for your support in many ways.

Greetings from CAR,
I have changed my email address from yahoo to gmail.com since I was a
victim of a criminal pirate who wrongly used my address to ask for a
financial suppport I never did.
The year 2012 begun very well with my family. The party my wife and I
organized on behalf of the couples we actively participated to their
weddings still has an impact in the lives of many. Sharing our
experiences in marriage is a challenge to many and an encouragment to
those who are struggling together.
God gave a huge opportunity to me to lead the national
conference of the fellowship of Grace Brethren churches in CAR last
week. When we think about the year 2011, we are grateful to God for
all his blessings in our life and ministry. We are optimistic for our
ministry in this new year. Seminars are already planned for the local
government leaders. We will have other seminars with church leaders
throughout the country. Currently I am teaching Christian ethics and
servant leadership to students in a new Baptist Theological Seminary
that started last year. I praise God for his wisdom I can prepare the
new course and teach it with passion.
Please pray that my vacation time next month will be refreshing for
me. I haven't have a time to rest and evaluate my ministry since I
started CIDEL in 2005. Praise God the General Secretary of CIDEL was
just appointed the Director of the Cabinet of the Minister of Tourism.
The General Treasurer is now the General Secretary of the President
Palace and the President is the assistant of the Minister of Energy.
Pray that each one of the members of CIDEL will continue to represent
Christ in their workplace.

Thanks for your prayers and support,
Greetings from Bangui, CAR
The training with Steve went very well yesterday. About 30 participants from various Grace Brethren churches of Bangui came for the training that took place at Castors church. We found that Harold campaign has damaged the faith of some people here in CAR. We heard a testimony of the Director of Bible Society about his friend in Paoua district who has decided to no longer go to the church because the church is in an apostasy now. It is good that we have chose that topic so that a sound biblical truth on eschatology and the coming of Jesus could be taught to the Christians. As I will be the Moderator of the national conference of the UEEF at Carnot, the same topic will be presented to the participants during the conference by Pastor Dollo Mathurin.
The South African team just went back this morning and I can rest after two long weeks of fruitful ministry and contacts. The students conference on leadership will take place in March 30-31, 2012 for all the students from the university of Bangui. We have many things to do for the conference to happen. Please pray that our work with the university staff will go well so that the conference will eventually take place as planned.
Please pray for my computer that the screen has a problem of light when I start it and open the screen nothing show up on the screen that is dark even it is booting. I have to move the screen until I can see on it. Also the microsoft that was installed by Phil Weaver when I was in Willow Valley doesn't show up now. That prevent me to get into internet at home with the USB stick. I can't spend hours in a cyber cafe when I need to get my emails. Please pray that I can find a way to fix that problem.
Tomorrow I am going to preach at an ordination of deacons in one of the GBC in Bangui 2 district. Next week I will take some days of vacation to be away from work since I don't have time to rest. Marie Helene is in her vacation and will go with me to our farm for two to three days away from our home.
Please pray for :
1. The local government leaders seminars planned for the beginning of next year in six districts
2. The national conference of Grace Brethren churches in CAR where I will be the moderator from January 10-13, 2012.
3. The students leadership conference at the university of Bangui
4. The beginning of small students groups of leadership courses on the campus
5. The building construction project for the center of ethics/chapel in the university campus in Bangui
6. The finalization of courses on ethics, micro enterprise and leadership to be added in the curriculum of the university of Bangui by CIDEL and its academic partners (Intervarsity, ...)
7. My oldest son integration in the university life in Troyes, France
8. My two daughters (Jessie and Netopha) who are seeking intership to gain some experience in their area of training (International commerce/Marketing and Hostess and tourism)
thanks a lot for your continuous support.

Greetings to all, Praise God, CIDEL has signed a partnership agreement with the university of Bangui on November 15, 2011 with the new Rector. That agreement involves the building of the center of ethics/chapel at the university campus. It's also including introducing ethics and micro enterprise in the curriculum of the university and promote ethical leadership within the university. Thanks to all of you who have prayed for CIDEL's ministry and continue to support us. We are hosting a mission of Every Nation from South Africa and Nigeria since November 12 to 26, 2011. They came to plan a student leadership conference at the university of Bangui for March 2012. We continue to ask for your prayer support. Rev. Dr Augustin Hibaile Directeur Executif du CIDEL |
